Tab 1 (Pool Values)

Beginning Balance Congestion Revenue Fund (surplus from previous month)

The ending balance from the previous month

Congestion Revenue Fund Adjustment

Settlement defined value of adjustments to the balance of the Congestion Revenue Fund.

Monthly Day-Ahead Pool Congestion Revenue

Monthly sum of all Hourly Day Ahead Congestion Revenue for all Participants for all Locations.

Monthly Real-Time Pool Congestion Revenue

Monthly sum of all Real-Time Congestion Revenue for all Participants for all Locations.

Monthly Pool Negative Target Allocations

Monthly Sum of all Hourly Negative Target Allocations (a negative dollar value).

Monthly Pool Positive Target Allocations

Monthly Sum of all Hourly Positive Target Allocations.

Monthly Congestion Revenue Surplus or Shortfall

Beginning Balance Congestion Revenue Fund plus Congestion Revenue Fund Adjustment plus Monthly Day-Ahead Pool Congestion Revenue plus Monthly Real-Time Pool Congestion Revenue minus Monthly Pool Negative Target Allocations minus Monthly Pool Positive Target Allocations.

Ending Balance Congestion Revenue Fund

Equal to the amount of Congestion Revenue Surplus (if shortfall, then equals zero).

Monthly Positive Target Allocations

Monthly Sum of all Hourly Positive Target Allocations for the FTR Holder.

Monthly Congestion Shortfall Adjustment

An FTR Holder's share of Monthly Congestion Revenue Shortfall (Monthly Congestion Revenue Shortfall multiplied by (Monthly Positive Target Allocations divided by Monthly Pool Positive Target Allocations)).

Monthly Congestion Payment

An FTR Holder's net charge or credit for the Month.

(Monthly Negative Target Allocations (a negative dollar value) plus Monthly Positive Target Allocations plus Monthly Congestion Revenue Shortfall Adjustment))

A positive value indicates a payment and negative value indicates a charge.
