Resource Reliability Rate |
If the Resource has a Cost of Service rate, the Resource Reliability Rate is the Cost of Service Rate. Otherwise, it is the Resource De-List Bid Price. |
Resource Reliability Credit |
The product of the Resource Retained for Reliability MW, multiplied by the Resource Reliability Rate minus the FCA Payment Rate, and multiplied by 1000. |
