Availability: A preliminary report will be available annually in the month of May which will include preliminary values for the upcoming commitment period, based on the first 11 months (June through April) of the previous commitment period.  A report based on all 12 months of the previous commitment period will be issued during the month of June.

Start date of the Capacity Commitment Period.

Asset ID

Numerical identifier for the Dispatchable Asset Related Demand.

Asset Name

Name of the Dispatchable Asset Related Demand.

Non-Conforming Bid Adjustment MW

Sum of the Violation MW for the Dispatchable Asset Related Demand applicable to the Capacity Commitment Period.

Asset Hourly

Shortage Event Trading Date

Calendar date on which the Shortage Event occurred.

Shortage Event Trading Interval

Hour during which the Shortage Event occurred.

Asset ID

Numerical identifier for the Dispatchable Asset Related Demand.

Asset Name

Name of the Dispatchable Asset Related Demand.

Nominated Consumption Limit MW

The registered value of the Nominated Consumption Limit for the Dispatchable Asset Related Demand.

Day-Ahead Bid Min Consumption Limit MW

The minimum amount, in MW, available from a Dispatchable Asset Related Demand that is not available for economic dispatch and is based on the physical characteristics as submitted as part of a Resource’s Offer Data.

Performance Min Consumption Limit MW

The minimum amount, in MW, available from a Dispatchable Asset Related Demand that is not available for economic dispatch as adjusted in Real-Time for a performance-related reason.

Non-Conforming Min Consumption Limit MW

Either the Day-Ahead Bid Min Consumption Limit MW or the Performance Min Consumption Limit MW.

Violation MW

The hourly MW value that violates the relationship between the registered Nominated Consumption Limit and the Non-Conforming Min Consumption Limit MW.
