These committees advise ISO-NE on matters affecting the reliable and efficient operation of the New England transmission system.
Stakeholder body used for review and input on the material to be filed in compliance with Order 890.
Advises ISO-NE, the Participants Committee, and/or the TOs with respect to: amendments to General Tariff Provisions; OATT Provisions and related rules; transmission and ancillary services billing procedures; proposed amendments of the TOA.
Transmission Committee meetings held for discussion and stakeholder input on compliance with Order No. 1000 (Docket No. RM10-23-000).
